High Capacity Inline Filling Machine.
The CC570 fillers has been designed for inline over conveyor filling and can be fitted with a range of between 1 and 12 filling heads. With each pump head being drive independently by a servo motor with a 20bit encoder. This ensures accuracy and repeatability of each fill.
Additionally by being driven independently each filling station can be enabled/disabled when required. This gives great flexibility by allowing heads to be disabled to allow larger higher volume containers into the machine. This enables fill volumes from 10ml to 5ltrs to be filled on a single machine.
The CC570 Filler is fitted as standard with a HMI to allow control over all aspects of the machine and allows you to store product settings, such as fill volume, timers and fill types all from within a saved recipe.
All of our machines come with a comprehensive 12 month warranty on parts & labour.

In this layout the with both the CC570 Inline Filler and the CC570 Semi Automatic Capper, you can see the containers are loaded onto a bulk infeed table, they then move onto the conveyors, through the liquid dispenser and on towards the capper and labeller.
