What could be better than the Semi-Automatic Micro Mono? A fully automatic variant that takes efficiency to the next level. With the Micro Mono Automatic, there’s no need for an operator to manually place caps, it’s all done seamlessly for you. Caps are sorted for correct orientation, typically via a bowl feeder, then transferred to the capping stations where our MK Vi Torque head picks them up and applies them precisely to your specifications.
Once capped, containers can be fed out onto a variety of outfeed options, whether it’s a labeller, conveyor, or a custom solution, we can build or supply it to suit your workflow. Designed for flexibility, the Micro Mono Automatic features quick-release tooling on all product change parts, making it ideal for smaller batches and frequent product changeovers without slowing down your production.

A Closer Look at the Micro Mono Automatic Layout
A typical Micro Mono Automatic layout starts with the base filling and capping machine, optionally equipped with a pusher table on the infeed. Caps are supplied via a hopper elevator to a bowl feeder, ensuring correct orientation before they reach the MK VI Torque Head, which applies precise torque to seal each container. Empty bottles are loaded onto the bulk loader table, after which the machine takes over: drawing in bottles, filling them to exact levels, automatically placing caps, and moving the finished product onto a labeller with a rotary outfeed table for coding and labelling.
