Adaptable Automatic Capping.

The automatic version of the mighty CC560 capper, enables you to take advantage of all the standard features of the Semi Automatic Cappers, with the ability now to fully automate the capping by sorting and placing the caps on the bottle as well as tightening the caps.

Additional options then become viable, such as batch tracing and fill volume checking. This is especially useful for industries that require full traceability and with a torque transducer option can also include torque readouts.

The CC560 Automatic capper can also accommodate a whole range of container types any from standard bottles right through to complex bottles like for instance swan neck bleach bottles. Additionally if your product has a trigger spray, then we can accommodate this too, even rotating the trigger spray to degree accuracy.

Rotary infeed table designed for used on a conveyor, side loading on to the conveyor with optional bottle pusher.
Infeed Rotary Table

Allows automatic bottle feeding into the starwheel. Simply place your bottles on the rotary table and watch the machine go!

Rotary Outfeed Table, designed to be used on a conveyor, to remove product from the conveyor and allow time for packing.

A Typical CC560 Automatic Capper Layout

A complete production line for various different bottle, includes loading and case tables, multiple conveyors, the CC560 Filler, Fully Automatic CC560 Capper, Heat Sealer and Labeller. This production line is designed so a couple of operators can produce over 20,000 products a day. The operators load empty containers onto the loading table, where the rotary table pushed the empty product on to the conveyor, which in turn feeds the filling machine. Filling four bottle at a time releasing them on toward the capper. The CC560 Automatic capper then feeds the product into the machine via a starwheel and the twin head capper picks, places and tightens the caps on the product, closing them. The product then moves under a heat sealer to activate the seal on the bottle and is passed then onto the labeller where it receives a label and date code. Finally the product leaves the labeller flowing onto a packing table. This is where the final operator will pack the product.
