CC570 Inline Capping Machine
Best in its class the CC570 is a true workhorse, capable of high outputs, reliable and repeatable torque and ease of use.
You can be assured this capping machine will reduce leaks, reduce damaged and boost throughput. With its simple to use interface and ease of setup, this machine will be loved by all including the operators.
Flexible Inline Semi Automatic Capping Machine
The CC570 is the ideal capping machine for applications where many different products and frequent product change-overs occur, making it immensely popular with contract packers and cosmetic companies.
With its quick-release tooling, product change-over can take as little as five minutes.
Now with intelligent bottle detection, that monitors the bottles presence throughout the capping sequence. No need to setup any sensor positions.
The choice of an optional extra linear-servo rise and fall head – where the capping head automatically moves to the correct height chosen by the operator via the HMI – minimises set-up time and ensures operator errors are reduced to a minimum.
The machine can be supplied suitable for use in Hazardous Environments, complete with the necessary documentation for use in a Zone 2, Atex Environment and even Zone 1 Atex Environment using an all pneumatic control and operating system. There are also options for Validation Documentation, including HATS & SATS, DSERA, GMP and GAMP.
Ancillary equipment can also be supplied, including feeding and collating rotary tables and hopper/elevators for bulk supply.
All of our machines come with a comprehensive 12 month warranty on parts & labour.

Why the CC570 capper is essential for your growing business?
Flexible Leasing Deals Available
Investing in new machinery doesn’t have to mean a large upfront cost. With our tailored leasing solutions, you can spread the cost of your equipment over manageable monthly payments—making it easier to preserve capital, manage cash flow, and access the latest technology without delay.

Why Choose Leasing?
- Preserve Working Capital: Keep your cash reserves free for other business needs while still acquiring the machinery you need today.
- Fixed Monthly Payments: Enjoy predictable costs with fixed payments throughout the term, simplifying budgeting and forecasting.
- Fast Access to Equipment: Leasing allows you to move quickly, so you can respond to market demand without long capital approval processes.
Tax-Efficient Financing
Leasing can also offer significant tax advantages for UK businesses. In many cases, lease payments are 100% tax deductible against profits, reducing your overall tax liability. This makes leasing not only a smart operational choice but also a financially efficient one.
Packaging Machinery Built to UK and EU Safety Standards
Looking into the safety standards behind a filling machine, capping machine, or packaging line is exactly the kind of due diligence we want customers to do. Every Cap Coder machine is designed, risk assessed, guarded, and documented to meet the Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) and the equivalent UK Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008, with CE marking and a full Declaration of Conformity supplied as standard. We don’t treat machinery safety compliance as a box-ticking exercise carried out at the end of a build. It’s part of the design brief from the first sketch, so the filling and capping machinery that arrives on your line is demonstrably safe for your operators to use, every shift, every day.
CE Marked Filling and Capping Machines
Each machine carries CE marking, backed by a full Declaration of Conformity and a technical construction file we keep on record for the lifetime of the machine.
Risk Assessment on Every Build
Every machine goes through a formal risk assessment for packaging machinery, identifying and designing out hazards at the source, not just adding a warning label after the fact.
Machine Guarding, Interlocks & Light Curtains
Fixed and interlocked guarding, emergency stops, and, where the application calls for it, light curtains or safety scanners, specified for the actual hazards of your filling or capping process rather than a generic template.
Safety-Rated Emergency Stop Circuits
Emergency stop and interlock circuits are engineered to a defined performance level, so a guard door or e-stop on your packaging line reliably does what it’s there to do.
Declaration of Conformity & Full Documentation
Every machine ships with a Declaration of Conformity, complete user manual, electrical and mechanical drawings, and maintenance guidance, so your team has everything needed to operate it safely and keep it PUWER compliant once it’s on your line.
Built Around Your Operators
Intuitive HMIs, clear access for changeovers, and sensible ergonomics, because a machine your team trusts and understands is a safer machine to work alongside.

Common questions about packaging machinery safety
Are Cap Coder filling and capping machines CE marked?
Yes. Every filling machine, capping machine, and monobloc line we build carries CE marking and is supplied with a full Declaration of Conformity, confirming it meets the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
What safety standards do your packaging machines meet?
Our machines are designed with reference to harmonised standards including EN ISO 12100 for risk assessment, EN ISO 13849 for safety-related control systems, and EN 60204-1 for electrical safety, alongside the essential health and safety requirements of the Machinery Directive.
Is your machinery compliant with the Machinery Directive?
Yes, every machine is compliant with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the UK Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008, which currently apply in Great Britain alongside indefinite recognition of CE marking.
Will your machines help me stay PUWER compliant?
Keeping equipment PUWER compliant on your line is your responsibility as the employer, but we make it straightforward: every machine ships with the user manual, maintenance guidance, and documentation your team needs to operate and inspect it safely.
What safety features come as standard on your filling and capping machines?
Guarding, interlocks, and emergency stops are specified for every machine as a baseline. Depending on the process and the hazards identified in the risk assessment, we can also add light curtains, safety scanners, or full production-line safety integration.

Layouts & Diagrams
A Typical CC570 Semi Automatic Capper Layout
This layout shows a powder filling line with a CC570 Semi Automatic Capper, and CC570 Inline Filling Machine, together with conveyor, labeller, loading table and collection table. The empty container is loaded onto the rotary loading table then fed onto the conveyor. This draws the empty containers into the filling machine, where a precise fill is dispensed from the filler. The filling machine then allows the bottles to exit from the machine and enough room on the conveyor is provided for operators to manually place the on cap. From this point the loosely capped bottle will travel into the cap tightening machine, where a precise torque will be applied to seal the cap. Once the bottle lid is closed, the machine will then release the now closed product on towards the labeller, where it will receive a pre-printed label and date code. Finally the product will exit the labeller and await collection on the rotary collection table.

At Cap Coder we know it’s all down to the detail, that’s why we provide machine layouts at point of quotation if you require, free of charge. These help you understand the machine dimensions and potential ancillary equipment location.
