Layouts & Diagrams
A Typical Automatic Mini Mono Layout.
Consisting of the base automatic Mini Mono Multi Head Capper, combination filler with both peristaltic and gear pump driven with servo motors for incredible accuracy. Together with central conveyor, twin cap bowl feeders and filler hopper. A complete turnkey solution featuring the Mini Mono Capper. The operators would simply load the caps into the twin bowl feeders, prime the filling station, and load the empty bottles onto the conveyor and then monitor the machine as it does all the rest. Watch as the bottles enter from the left, get filled and the levels checked, the caps then placed on and then capped with our capping head. Finally the caps are checked and the finished product moved back onto the conveyor, exiting the machine.

At Cap Coder we know it’s all down to the detail, that’s why we provide machine layouts at point of quotation if you require, free of charge. These help you understand the machine dimensions and potential ancillary equipment location.
