CC1770 Large Format Automatic Capper, is designed with those larger containers in mind. With the additional frame size, the aperture is big enough to fit a typical sized 25ltr jerry can.
With this fully automatic variant, you get the ability to have your caps fed automatically into the capping machine, there are many options available for this operation and the design of which is dependent on your cap. The most common CC1770 automatic design utilises a cap bowl feeder, with cap chute and a pick and place cap transfer.
Bowl feeders can be designed to suit many different cap styles, so this adds another layer of flexibility to the automatic variant of the CC1770 cap closure machine.
Additionally with its quick and simple gating system, getting this machine setup for new products is a breeze and extremely cost effective. Perfect for those high volume contract packers.

A Typical CC1770 Automatic Capper Layout
In this simple layout you can see the CC1770 Large format cap closure machine is supplied with a conveyor and waterfall cap elevator which is connected to the machine via a cap chute. An operator would fill the large volume elevator with caps and set the capping machine up for the product. Once enabled the machine will cap the bottles coming in on the conveyor belt and once the correct torque has been applied, release the containers on the same conveyor.
