With the automatic variant you also get servo driven linear height control, so product setup is even easier. Just set the product height in the recipe and save, now next time you want to run the product you only need to set the product recipe and changeover the change parts.

A CC570 Automatic Powder Filling & Capping Production Line
This automatic production line consists of our CC570 Automatic Capping machine and powder filler, complete with conveyor belt and rotary infeed and out feed tables. On this production line, an operator places the empty containers onto the rotary infeed table, these are fed into the conveyor and under the powder filler where they are filled, the containers continue on towards the CC570 capper. At this point the cap tightening machine picks and places the cap onto the container and applies the correct tightening torque, before releasing the container to exit onto the collection table.
