CC560 Capper

Our CC560 is a bigger form factor, more capable machine based on a starwheel design for reduced setup effort & time.

With many options available, such as twin capping heads, press heads and ROPP head, the CC560 can cap just about anything.

Cap Coders Micro Mono, A Semi or Fully Automatic Modular Filling & Capping Machine

Flexible Inline Semi Automatic Capping Machine

The CC560 is one of Cap Coders most proven machines, making its debut in 2004 and replacing the previous CC550, another long standing machine.

Using feedback from the many hundreds of customers that have used the CC560 over the years, we have managed to develop a machine broad in function and ideally suited to many different applications and customer needs.

With the ability to have multiple function stations, this capping machine can do more than just cap closure, you could for example add a press station for deodorant balls, enabling you to press and cap. Alternatively you could have a multiple use capper, with adding a corking station, so you could could both close screw caps or cork bottles.

Additionally, the CC560 Semi Automatic Capper, is perfectly suited to trigger sprays, with the option to orientate them to a precise angle available.

Did you know the CC560 Platform can also be a filler? Checkout the filling version for more details.

All of our machines come with a comprehensive 12 month warranty on parts & labour.

Flexible Leasing Deals Available

Investing in new machinery doesn’t have to mean a large upfront cost. With our tailored leasing solutions, you can spread the cost of your equipment over manageable monthly payments—making it easier to preserve capital, manage cash flow, and access the latest technology without delay.

Why Choose Leasing?

  • Preserve Working Capital: Keep your cash reserves free for other business needs while still acquiring the machinery you need today.
  • Fixed Monthly Payments: Enjoy predictable costs with fixed payments throughout the term, simplifying budgeting and forecasting.
  • Fast Access to Equipment: Leasing allows you to move quickly, so you can respond to market demand without long capital approval processes.

Tax-Efficient Financing
Leasing can also offer significant tax advantages for UK businesses. In many cases, lease payments are 100% tax deductible against profits, reducing your overall tax liability. This makes leasing not only a smart operational choice but also a financially efficient one.

Machine Options
Rotary infeed table designed for used on a conveyor, side loading on to the conveyor with optional bottle pusher.
Infeed Rotary Table

Allows automatic bottle feeding into the starwheel. Simply place your bottles on the rotary table and watch the machine go!

Rotary Outfeed Table, designed to be used on a conveyor, to remove product from the conveyor and allow time for packing.
Outfeed Rotary Table

Don’t need a labeller? Just want a simple outfeed? We have multiple sizes and styles available.

Labellers

No bottle is complete without a label, so why not option a labeller? We have a great range on offer to suit your needs.

Conveyors

Need to get your product to another part of production? No problem we do conveyors too!
We can even integrate the controls into the machines HMI.

Crimp Head

Lets crimp! Some caps require crimping rather than being screwed. Perfume bottles is a great example. Swap out the torque head for a crimp head.

Ropp Head

The CC560 capper is so flexible it can even fit an ROPP head in for those bottles that need it. Just like small wine bottles.

Torque Transducer

Need a calibrated torque reading? We regularly integrate torque transducers into our torque head. Great for pharmaceutical industry.

Automatic Capping Height

Got multiple products? Don’t want to manually adjust the height of the capping assembly? Well make it automatic and save the height setting in each product record. No more setup.

Layouts & Diagrams

A Typical CC560 Semi Automatic Capper Layout

A comprehensive packaging production line, this layout shows all machinery that you would need to produce a filled, capped, heat sealed and labelled product with a date code. The operators would load the empty product onto the bulk loading table, this feeds the product on to the line conveyor and into the CC560 Filling Machine, which dispenses the fill precisely four bottles at a time. From there the bottles are released onto the conveyor where operators place the caps or trigger sprays onto the bottles. These bottles then move into the CC560 cap tightening machine, where they are tightened to a precise torque. The now capped product goes underneath a heat sealer and onwards to the labeller. This is where a pre-printed label is affixed onto the product and an inkjet printer applies a date code which is validated afterwards. From there the product enters the collection table ready for packing.

At Cap Coder we know it’s all down to the detail, that’s why we provide machine layouts at point of quotation if you require, free of charge. These help you understand the machine dimensions and potential ancillary equipment location.
