Based on the same chassis as the CC570 Semi Automatic Capper the automated filler variant has all the benefits of the capper, with a small footprint, over-conveyor design and simple to use interface the CC570 Automated Filler is a economical and superb choice of filler. With the option to fit 6 filler heads and choice between precision peristaltic pump or gear pump, you can get excellent accuracy and speed too.
CC560 Filler
The CC560 Automatic Filler is an extremely flexible machine, brilliant at handling many different products. With its starwheel based design, the CC560 Automatic filler is a quick machine to change over. No more fiddling around with adjustable gates and clamps. Just swap over your change parts and get running. With the option to fit 4 filler heads, you can achieve the output and accuracy you desire. You can option either a peristaltic pump or gear pump for extra flexibility, or even both!
What is a filling machine?

CC1440

CC1770 Large Format Capper
The bigger twin of the CC570, the CC1770 is a larger form factor machine allowing large containers to be capped. Available as semi or fully automated machines, the CC1770 can reduce costs and boost productivity of your manufacturing plant. Additionally, the machine is also available with many different types of head including, capping, press and ROPP.
What is a capping machine?
Capping machines do one job and do it well: securing caps to containers with precision. Whether you choose semi-automatic or fully automated, every system is built for accuracy and reliability. Semi-automatic machines need an operator to place the cap; the machine then applies the exact torque. Fully automated systems handle everything, placing, tightening, and running with minimal supervision. Caps are fed via a vibratory bowl into a transfer system, then the torque head picks, places, and tightens with repeatable precision. Many of our models, like the Micro Mono, are available in both variants.

CC560 Automatic
The CC560 Automatic, is the king of the over conveyor machines. With a plethora of automatic options available, from pre-starts, twin cap transfers and capping heads to robotics. This machine really can streamline even the most challenging of production lines. Not only this, but the change over is quick, with our innovative starwheel based design you can kiss goodbye those complicated setups.
CC1160 Mono Block
Our flagship product, the CC1160 is a full form Monoblock machine, designed and tailored to your products production. The versatile platform enables complex products to be filled and capped with great speed and accuracy. The multi station approach allows each stage to be validated and non conforming products rejected. Some options available with the machine, advanced data capture, machine vision systems, robotics, torque transducers and much more.
Mini Mono
The Mini Mono is our most compact Monoblock machine, designed from the ground up to suit your product. This machine is designed with multiple stations in mind, with a typical machine having bottle infeed, filling, inserting, capping and outfeed. With all stages monitored and validated. The Mini Mono is available in a single head or twin head variant for boosted output.
This machine is brilliant for those looking for a full production line, but with limited space like for instance a clean room or laboratory.
