What is a filling machine?

A Liquid filling machine is designed to accurately dispense specific volumes of liquid into containers. These machines are crucial for ensuring precise measurements, especially in industries where consistent filling volumes are critical, such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, cosmetics, and chemicals.

There are different types of liquid filling pumps, each utilizing a unique method to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the filling process. Some of these types include peristaltic pumps, gear pumps, and precision syringe pumps.

We have both dedicated filling machines like the CC570 Filler which can have up to four gear pumps or the Delta Fill which can have either a peristaltic or gear pump. Additionally, most other machine can be fitted with one or more pumps. A great example of this is our Micro Mono, which can be fitted with a most pumps on the market, but also a standard option that integrated directly into the machine would be either the peristaltic or gear pump.

n both semi-automatic and fully automatic configurations, liquid filling machines can be integrated into larger production lines, offering high-speed filling with minimal operator intervention. The operator’s role is typically limited to monitoring the process, ensuring the system operates within set parameters, and performing maintenance tasks.

Overall, liquid filling machines, especially those utilizing peristaltic, gear, or syringe pumps, are essential for industries requiring precise, accurate, and reliable liquid dispensing.

Liquids

Our fillings machines can handle a wide variety of liquids and semi liquids.
From various industries, for example life science, chemical industries, even food and beverage. So no matter if its a high precision calibration liquid or sauces, we have the solution to dispense your product into a container.

Accuracy is our primary objective when building filling equipment, that’s why all our pump heads are driven by extremely accurate servo driven motors, with built in calibration and accuracy to within 0.5%.

Need micro liter accuracy? We have some amazing partners that provide pharmaceutical and life science grade fillers that we integrate into our machinery.

What is a peristaltic pump?

These pumps use a rotating mechanism to compress and push liquid through a flexible tube. The peristaltic action ensures precise control over the volume dispensed, making them ideal for handling sensitive or viscous liquids. They are often used in applications where high accuracy is required, as well as in environments where hygiene and contamination are a concern, as the liquid only comes in contact with the tubing.

What is a gear pump?

Gear pumps operate by using two interlocking gears to draw liquid in and then transfer it through the pump to the container. The displacement of liquid per revolution is highly consistent, making gear pumps ideal for high-viscosity liquids and those requiring consistent volumes. Their accuracy and ability to handle varying pressures make them suitable for both small-scale and industrial-scale filling applications.
