A Typical CC1770 Semi Automatic Capper Layout
This layout shows a liquid filling line with a CC1770 Semi Automatic Capping Machine, rotary infeed and collections tables, plus a CC570 Inline Filling Machine and press. All controls interconnected and ran as a single turnkey line. Bottles enter the production line via the bulk infeed table, which feeds them into the conveyor automatically. The products then moves into the filling machine, where the bottle are filled to a precise level. One the filling has been completed the machine allows the bottle out, and onto the conveyor. Where the space between the two machines allows operators to manually place the cap onto the bottles. The product then moves into the capping machine where the MK VI capping head applies specific torque to tighten the cap. Once completed the product then moves onto a labeller where the label is applied and finally onto the collection table for packing.
