Based on the Isle of Man in the UK, Nasaleze manufacture clinically proven nasal sprays that help guard against allergens, airborne germs, and viruses – and yes, even Covid-19.
Nasaleze had been using a single head Cap Coder system since 2006 but when the business expanded, a faster, more sophisticated approach was needed.
A twin-head CC1160 was designed specifically to automatically fill, insert a neck plug, and apply a screw cap at over 60 products per minute. This fully automatic system also offered a range of product quality checks and had a dedicated reject lane for any faulty products.
The CC1160 is both a bottle capping machine and filling machine.
